Leading a team is an extraordinary journey filled with opportunities for growth and impact. However, mastering the art of team leadership requires intentional effort and continuous development. As believers, we're entrusted with the mission of advancing God's Kingdom, and as team leaders, we have the privilege of guiding and empowering our team members to unleash their God-given talents for His glory.
This year, we're thrilled to have Dave Moore from Hunter Bible Church leading our training sessions. With years of experience in leadership development and a forthcoming book on Team Leading, Dave brings invaluable insights and expertise to our learning journey.
What to expect:
The training day will be broken up into two sessions where Dave will guide us through essential aspects of effective team leadership.
Session 1: This session will delve into the core identity of a team leader, exploring how to steward our time and rally our teams around the vision of our ministry.
Session 2: In the second session, Dave will equip us with practical skills in communication and delegation, introducing us to the” 4 Conversation Tool" for fostering collaboration and productivity within our teams.
Join us as we sharpen our leadership skills and deepen our impact in leading teams together.
Join us in celebrating a Middle Eastern lunch with the Ray and Sandy. We'll be enjoying some kofte, tabouli, hummus on a wrap. Falafels available for vegetarians.

An opportunity to dive deeper into a theological topic, in a way we might not be able to in Growth Groups or Sunday Sermons.
The same topic and material will be covered each night.
Term 2—Angels and Demons
There are not many topics that are more interesting yet less clear for us than Angels and Demons? Do they exist? If so, what do they do? Should I be afraid? What role if any should the unseen realm play in my day-to-day life? How do we think about Angels and Demons in light of the good news of Jesus?

Join us at Explore as we search the Scriptures seeking answers to these questions. There will be a time of teaching as well and an opportunity to ask questions.

But what role should you play when you witness them facing challenges? Join us for this empowering parenting seminar designed to provide you with the tools and confidence to effectively support and accompany your youth through the complexities of their mental health journey.
Pirate Mania is a fun packed holiday club for school-aged kids. At Pirate Mania there will be games, craft, cooking, food, jumping castles and much more! At Pirate Mania kids will also learn about Jesus who saves us and makes us friends with God.
The theme for BASECAMP 2024 is Building Brotherhood. We will be thinking together about how God has designed us as men to link arms and encourage one another in our life with Jesus. We’ll think about how we can be men that other men can trust and lean on, inspired and helped at every step by our perfect older brother, Jesus.
