4x Sundays / During the 10am service

Life is for anyone interested in exploring the big questions of life and how Jesus answers those questions. We believe there is no such thing as a dumb question! Everyone is welcome, no matter age, or background or religion.

We all face challenges to our mental health, and almost one in two of us will experience a diagnosable mental health condition at some stage in our lives.  This seminar will help you understand the complexity of mental health as we consider psychological and medical perspectives as well as the spiritual dimension of our humanness.  You’ll leave with practical strategies to appropriately care for others experiencing mental health challenges and helpful steps we can all take to promote our mental wellbeing.

Rev. Dr Keith Condie is a Co-Director of the Mental Health & Pastoral Care Institute at Anglican Deaconess Ministries. He has degrees in psychology, theology and history and has extensive pastoral and teaching experience. Over many years, he and his wife Sarah have run seminars on healthy relationships and mental health & wellbeing.

Strong, healthy marriages leave a wonderful legacy, benefiting children, church communities and the wider society.

The Building a Safe & Strong Marriage course is a biblically-based course that, combined with current marriage research, helps couples think through how to make their marriage better.

Over the day there'll be plenty of time to talk to your spouse to reflect after receiving input from Keith and Sarah Condie via video.

Held at the MBM Parramatta Office - 156 Marsden St, Parramatta
