As servants of our Lord, our lives are constantly on public display. Whilst we are not flawless or faultless, we are called to be blameless (Titus 1:6-9) and above reproach (1 Tim 3:1-7). Should there be an unfortunate instance where the Commitment Form is breached and deemed to be sufficiently serious, the following process may take place.

1. Confession of the sin to appropriate leaders and individuals (including Maturity Pastor)
2. The leader may be asked to step down from public leadership
3. The leader will seek to be restored back to ministry

We take sin seriously. We take grace even more seriously.

These measures are in place for the sake of upholding the purity and holiness of God's church, along with the welfare of the individual.
